The Howard Hughes Corporation (“We”, or “Us”) owns and operates www.howardhughes.com (“Site”).

Users of the Site are subject to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (“Terms”), and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies, and notices posted on this Site. For ease of use with respect to this Site, references to The Howard Hughes Corporation are deemed to include a number of separate, affiliated entities. However, in many instances, business is actually conducted by the affiliated entities rather than The Howard Hughes Corporation itself. Choice of Law

If any portion of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, that portion will be enforced to the maximum extent possible so as to effectuate the intent of the parties as reflected by that provision, and the remaining portions of these Terms will be given full effect. The Howard Hughes Corporation may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms, without your consent, to an entity that acquires all or substantially all of the assets of The Howard Hughes Corporation or to any subsidiary or successor in a merger or acquisition involving The Howard Hughes Corporation. These Terms constitute the entire and final agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter hereof and replace any and all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding the subject matter.
